As the team GRAVITY, we are proud to have undertaken the implementation project of Taner Ceylan's first exhibition to be held in Turkey after more than fifteen years, "Row Gently Make Not the Moonlight Waken". Considering the limited time we have, we planned mdf floor elevations and steel load-bearing self-standing constructions in order to realize the exhibition display design with the right approach and to create the installation in Taner Ceylan's vision within the applicable limits. Mdf elevations were created in accordance with the design in three types - lectern, bench, ramp, all of which could stand on their own and could bear the weight of a human. In order not to lose the feeling of simplicity, the supports were made with minimum visibility. In light of the visitor circulation and the invitations to be organized, necessary layout revisions are made; also, coordination was provided for carpet production and assembly. As it is not possible to mount the walls and ceilings of Mehmet Emin Ağa Mansion, which is a historical building, steel constructions are designed to be able to stand on their own, and most importantly, to safely carry the weights of the paintings and the curtains in addition to that. The curtain, which was planned only as tulle to preserve the simplicity, was revised by placing an additional solid curtain behind it due to the reverse light that the location of the mansion and the sun that the mansion gets during long periods of the day will create on the paintings. Necessary detail plans were created for curtain production and assembly.
